The board of directors is elected by our shareholders, and candidates for directorship are typically recommended by the nominating and corporate governance committee, which evaluates each candidate\u2019s qualifications and suitability for the role.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #c0c0c0;\">In certain circumstances, directors may be removed from office automatically, such as in the event of death or bankruptcy, or by resignation in writing.
